At DRVYN MINDSET, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Store Credit
Customers may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

International Shipping

Order Tracking
